What Is the Purpose of the Quiz?

The quiz can help determine if you or someone you know could benefit from a program of visual training.

Who Created the Quiz?

The College of Optometrists in Vision Development (COVD). COVD is a non-profit association of eye care professionals providing board certification for optometrists and vision therapists who offer state-of-the-art services in developmental vision care, vision training and visual rehabilitation.

Can I Take the Quiz For My Child?

Absolutely. Vision training works at any age and the quiz was designed for all ages. Most learning disorders show up early in life so taking the quiz for your child is a great way to see if  he or she are having learning problems that can be helped.

Select the option best describing how often each symptom occurs:
Never=0    Seldom=1    Occasionally=2    Frequently=3    Always=4
Then click on "What's my score?" below the symptoms.

A score of 20 or more or checking a 3 or 4 on 2 or more symptoms indicates the need for a in-office vision exam to determine if a program of vision therapy or rehabilitation could alleviate the symptoms.
